Estimates and quotes

Prices shown by the online tool are estimates worked out automatically from your model and the options you pick. They are not a binding quote. A job is confirmed only when you approve a version we send you for approval, or accept a written quote from us.

Approvals

When we send a job for approval, the files and price are frozen. Approving it tells us to make the job from exactly those files at that price. If anything changes afterwards, we send a new version and it needs approving again. Approving by typing your name is your signature for that job.

Payment

Unless your company has agreed terms with us (for example Net 30), a deposit is due before production starts and the balance is due before the job ships or is picked up. Terms for your account are shown on your account page.

Your files

You keep ownership of the models and drawings you upload. You give us permission to store and use them to estimate, prepare and make your jobs. You confirm you have the right to have them made.

Production

Carved foam and printed parts have normal tolerances and surface texture for the process and material chosen. Sizes in the estimate come from your file; please check units and scale before approving.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for jobs approved from your account and review links sent to your email.
